Hello, I’m Harriet, a naturopath, medical herbalist and nutritionist.
I am also a mum, food fanatic, culinary creator, gardening devotee, nature enthusiast, amateur photographer, wine lover, book worm, aspirant potter, jigsaw junkie and a passionate plant lover.
I believe every one has the capacity to live their best lives, in health and wellness, I can guide you in achieving your goals through teaching, support and sharing my knowledge.
We aim to discover the root cause of your health condition, then create a bespoke wellness plan that focus on specific nutritional and lifestyle modifications, herbal and supplemental prescription and functional testing where necessary. The wellness plans are implemented at a agreed manageably pace with support and encouragement at each step to guide you on your journey to meeting your health and wellness goals.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences, Naturopathy, Advanced Herbal Medicine, and Nutrition from the Naturopathic College of New Zealand. I am a member with the following professional associations
